Terms and Conditions of Booking

By booking you are taken to have accepted all of the terms and conditions set out below in clauses 1 – 5 inclusive.

The booker refers to the person who completes the booking, and the booker is responsible for making any necessary payments for events or services.

Bookings can be made on either an individual basis, as booker and attendee, or by one booker for multiple attendees. When booking for multiple attendees, the booker must have the required permissions from their business / organisation to make the booking on behalf of the attendees, and they confirm this to us by completing the booking

Where there are no associated event or service fees, the booker will receive an automated email to confirm the booking. Any attendees included on the booking will be issued with a personal email confirmation of the booking, which will include any login details as necessary for the interactive services as required.

Where there are associated event or service fees, the booker must have the required authority to pay all applicable fees at the time of booking. By completing the booking, the booker is entering into a contract with MHRA and is guaranteeing payment of all event or service fees (cancellation terms are detailed in section 2.0).
